We are proud to say we were one of Aqua One’s very first dealers when they came to the UK almost a decade ago with barely a handful of products. They’ve grown massively in that time and we have had a deluge of new products, filters and aquariums to come to terms with. Thankfully no one has closer links with Aqua One UK than we do and we remain confident that we can solve just about any problem and supply any available part, component or accessory.

Have you noticed that every website claims to represent a company that’s the biggest and the best? That’s not us. We are a small, focused company but expert at what we do. We don’t sell a range of brands, we don’t advertise a load of products we don’t have in stock and can’t get for ages. We just do Aqua One. But we do it well. Very well. Your Costs
We live to please so If you see the things we sell cheaper at another UK based website we will match that price and often beat it... Just drop us a line including the URL of the webpage where you saw the low price.
Feel free to email us for advice or to discuss an order. We are sturdy, plainly spoken Lancastrians of long, long fish keeping experience. Do bear in mind that, if it isn’t on the website, we don’t sell it. Sorry!
We make every effort to keep postage charges as simple and cheap as is possible. We know that nobody likes delivery charges.
Economy delivery (3-5 days) is just £3.99, while first class postage (1-2 days) is £5.50.If your order is over £30 we will stand the cost of economy delivery and you will pay nothing. Not a penny.
We do not charge for packaging materials most of which we recycle in house. Neither do we expect you to pay for our staff to pack your order.

What Our Customers Think of Us
Our warehouse is staffed from 10.30 until 5 Monday to Friday. We don't open at weekends or on bank holidays. Orders are dispatched every week day. If your order is urgent make sure to select a postage option that reflects that so we can prioritise your order.
If you ordered the wrong part we will be pleased to take it back just so long as it’s in a resalable condition. That means unopened and in sealed packaging. We ask you to pay the return postage. If we sent you the wrong thing all of the above applies except we will refund the return postage to you when we get the items back. Above all we believe in fairness.
