Naturally, all our customers and potential customers are very welcome to contact us at any time. As internet retailers, the best way to get in touch is via email. You will find we are friendly and down to earth, in fact we are fish keepers just like you.
Expect a prompt reply to emails, but to prevent prolonged exchanges please try to include as much information about your problem as possible. Attached photos of your set up and dimensions are a big help when it comes to identifying which Aqua One Aquarium you own. Please remember that if it isn’t on the website we probably don’t stock it.

Please be aware that we run a warehouse based set up and it can be both difficult to hear and reach the phone, especially when we are busy packing. It is far better (and faster!) to email us. Please: if you can, email us.

Orders placed and paid for online may be collected from our reception area by arrangement.
A member of staff will meet you.
We are around 10.30 to 5pm Monday to Friday.
Sorry – due to health and safety concerns we cannot invite you to inspect our stock or browse our warehouse.
