Delivery Information
We offer three types of subsidised delivery. Each of these services cost more than we choose to pass on to our customers but we know that you hate delivery charges and we make every effort to keep them as low as possible in order to please. We do not charge for packing materials or labour and orders over £30 are economy shipped free of charge. We believe this makes us extremely competitive and we really would appreciate your business.
Economy Delivery
This is via Royal Mail’s second class packet service and officially takes three to five days. Frequently however delivery is faster than this with 48 hours being about average. Few of our customers have ever been disappointed with this very low cost service.
First Class Delivery
This is via Royal Mail’s First Class Packet service and officially takes one to two days which we have found pretty accurate. For the extra pound this is another great value service and ideal if you prefer not to wait.
VIP Club
For just £10 you can join our VIP club and enjoy a whole year’s worth of economy delivery to a single UK mainland address at no further cost. That’s right: Any size order, as many times as you like. There is no minimum or maximum order size, neither is there any limit on the amount of times you can order. Order a single cartridge or a year’s supply. You will always be treated as a VIP for a full year. After the year is up we will contact you to invite your renewal. We don’t renew automatically, its your decision. But we bet that you will find you’ve had a whole lot of value from that tenner. Have a think, it makes sense.
Dispatch
All in stock items are dispatched within 24 hours of ordering. We will Email you when your order is on its way. Once the parcel is in the hands of our carriers there is very little we can do to speed delivery. So, if your need is urgent, or you lack patience please, please select an appropriate delivery service for your needs at check out.
Lost items and None Delivery.
This is very, very rare nowadays as most items can be recovered by the carriers but, if you feel your order is running unreasonably late please do get in touch and we will do our very best to help. We have never (fingers crossed) failed to serve a customer and we won’t be starting with you.
