Delivery Policy

Great stock availability and fast dispatch are at the very core of our business. We understand that once your order is placed the clock is ticking that’s why we make every effort to process each order within 24 hours of it being placed. Speed of delivery is up to our customer’s wishes but, you can rest assured that dispatch of even the smallest orders is as swift as we can possibly make it. We use Royal Mail and APC as our main carriers. We have long established trading relationships with both.

Returns Policy

Our careful and attentive service means that our returns rate is very low. But, we understand that mistakes happen on both sides and we aim to sort things out with a minimum of drama. Any item may be returned up to 14 days after purchase for any reason as long as it has not been used and is in a resaleable condition. If we have made an error we will refund or replace the item and refund your return postage cost. Please do get in touch to discuss your return we are here to help.

Back Orders

We make every effort to keep all items on the website available from stock. However, rarely, the online stock control system may be in error or we may be let down by suppliers or carriers. We will contact you as soon as possible to discuss this and undertake to make every effort to please you in even the most difficult circumstances.

Payments and Security

The easiest way to pay for your order is by credit or debit card via the excellent SagePay system at checkout. For those customers who choose to collect their orders from our warehouse please be aware that we accept most card types and cash but no longer accept cheques.

Naturally we take the security of your payment details very seriously and our Payment Partners Sagepay and PayPal have made sure that every measure is put in place to ensure your privacy. There is no safer place to shop on the internet. Please be aware that we do not store credit or debit card details nor do we share customer details with any third party. 

Our Guarantee

All our Aqua One spares and accessories are guaranteed to be original UK spec items obtained direct from the UK distributor by us. We do not stock ‘pattern’ parts or grey import items. Please feel free to check our credentials with Aqua One UK if you have any doubts at all.
