Aqua One Advance 1250 Complete Filter Media Service Kit

This exclusive service kit contains all the filter media required to clean and renew the Aqua One Advance 1250 canister filter, including: 2. 403s Blue sponge pad, 1. 404s black sponge pad, 2. 403w polymer wool pads and a large 600g pack of Aqua One BioNoodles. Its an entirely fresh start with no waste and no left over pads you'll never use (except for a spare wool pad for your first clean out) If your aquarium is mature and well stocked its best to change the filter media slowly over a period of time rather than all at once.

Take care not to change all the filter media in your Aqua One Advance 1250 at one time of your aquarium is full of fish as you will also remove the essential filtration bacteria at the same time. New filter media are much more efficient at trapping waste but take a while to become biologically active. We suggest pouring a bottle of Aqua One Bio Starter over new filter media before switching the filter back on as this will introduce a super fit, laboratory bred culture of filtration bacteria directly to where they are most needed.
