A pack of two Aqua One 156c filter cartridges, one carbon and one ceramic to suit the Aqua One Aqua Vue 380 aquarium . Change every four to six weeks for best effect - more often if your aquarium is heavily stocked or houses large, messy feeders. Best used in conjuction with the Aqua Vue 156w Polymer wool pad.
Each pack of Aqua One filter cartridges for the Aqua Vue 380 contains a single ceramic cartridge which has a top polymer wool layer to trap fine solids and is then filled with Aqua One ceramic granules to encourage the growth of areobic filtration bacteria. The second included cartridge also has a top polymer wool layer but is then filled with highly activated carbon to cleanse, purify and remove odours. We suggest replacing these disposable cartridges every four to six weeks in a normally stocked aquarium or more often where a heavy fish stock or messy feeders are present.
